How DocChaser licensing works
Pricing is based on active Loan Officer (LO) seats. Each LO gets their own login, pipeline, and branded borrower portal. Admin, assistant, and read-only users are included at no extra charge. Borrowers use the portal for free — there are no per-loan or per-borrower fees.
